The Meltog Pulvermatic shredding systems contain a host of additional features and systems as standard to ensure system reliability. Sturdy construction, studious application of steel hardening processes on high wear parts, high integrity shaft seals and oversized hexagonal cutter shafts help to ensure unrivalled mechanical reliability. The fully integrated control system provides a number of further protection features to ensure the system is not compromised including motor temperature monitoring, in-process current sensing and pre-programmed un-blocking sequences.
